Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Clay County jury has convicted a woman of perjury.
Court documents say Tracey Richter Roberts was found guilty of making a false statement under penalty of perjury to the Iowa Department of Transportation. That's a class D felony.
Sentencing before Judge Patrick Carr was re-scheduled for September 8th.
Roberts could get a maximum of 5 years in prison.
